Phase 01
Survey & Rigging Plan
Conducting site measurements. Developing a rigging plan using forklifts (Boom Lift, machine skates, hoists) to move, lift, and position oversized and overweight machinery modules accurately and safely, ensuring no floor scratches or collisions with existing systems.
Phase 02
Mechanical & Electrical Assembly
Erecting stainless steel support frames, operating stairs, and safety railings.
Assembling and connecting machinery units (Tomra sorters, conveyors) according to technical drawings.
The engineering team conducts wiring for power and signal cables for the line's central control panel system.
Phase 03
Commissioning & Handover
Adjusting the leveling of the entire system. Coordinating with experts to input raw materials (potatoes) for a real-world test-run. Performing industrial cleaning to microbiological standards before final handover for production.
