Phase 01
Survey & Risk Assessment
Conducting an on-site survey inside the boiler (confined space). Assessing the wear and tear of the refractory concrete layer and water tube walls, and developing a construction plan to ensure absolute safety according to Nestlé's standards.
Phase 02
Preparation & Scaffolding Erection
Gathering specialized materials, equipment, and obtaining work permits.
Erecting a safe and sturdy scaffolding system inside the combustion chamber.
Arranging standard ventilation and lighting systems for the enclosed space.
Phase 03
Execution & Handover
PV-VINA's team of skilled technicians applies refractory materials and repairs tube walls. Quality is closely monitored at every stage, followed by site clearing and final acceptance handover to bring the boiler back into operation on schedule.
