Weighing conveyor systems are typically installed directly in-line to weigh various types of products. The weighing system monitors materials as they move along the conveyor while maintaining a constant speed with a throughput of up to 15 tons per hour.
The conveyor utilizes a trough-shaped polyurethane belt mounted on a sturdy support frame, transporting products through an integrated internal weighing zone. The entire unit is positioned on an open frame for easy cleaning.
The microprocessor-based weighing controller processes signals from the load cells and the belt speed, then displays data in the form of flow rate (tons/hour, kg/m) and totalized weight conveyed. The weighing system ensures a repeatable accuracy of ±1%.
